  • Microservices & GraphQL federation: moved the entire service surface (>10 microservices) behind one federated gateway so every squad ships through a single contract instead of ad-hoc REST.
  • Python framework + CLI: shipped FastAPI/Pydantic/Strawberry scaffolding (projects, CI/CD, tests, publishing) so services start compliant on day one.
  • Unified CRM: collapsed scattered React utilities into a modular CRM, cutting duplicate maintenance and onboarding time.
  • E2E testing: delivered a Python suite with a React dashboard that surfaces regressions before stakeholders hit UAT.
  • Scalable services: owned campaign engines, OTP flows, multi-provider routing, and i18n so growth experiments could launch without infra rewrites.

Actimeo - Software Developer

  • Data platforms: Re-engineered the ETL stack (Python/Cython/pandas/polars) so ingestion jobs went from days to seconds and stayed observable in production.
  • Framework enablement: Productized a Laravel + DRF-style framework so integrators could publish full bespoke sites with custom content (Statamic/WordPress-class UX) and cut delivery time roughly in half for the non-technical.
  • Product UI: Led the design and delivery of React and Laravel interfaces for internal tooling and client modules, keeping accessibility and performance as ship criteria.
  • Client coverage: Reused the platform across local civic orgs (e.g., city basketball club) up through regional and occasional governmental mandates and healthcare, adjusting compliance without rewriting code.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Automated deployments and processes with Ansible and GitHub Actions; administered Mattermost, Listmonk, and other internal systems.
  • Mentorship: Ran architecture reviews and pairing plans that leveled-up junior developers into independent contributors.
